Bachelor and/or master’s degree in quantitative field or management
People Analytics experience in a high-growth or tech environment a plus
Excellent analytical, mathematic, communication and organization skills
Proficient with hypothesis testing basis emergent industry practices and wellbeing trends
Ability to conduct in – depth research on a range of topics
Detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious. A strong problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done. And on top of it all, you’re someone who wonders “What if?” and then seeks out the solution

Conduct online surveys and collect data necessary to complete internal and external project reports and surveys
Collate and analyze data in the Employee Wellbeing space to process and deliver quality survey reports with value added insights
Questionnaire scripting and programming for B2B projects including processing of feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Identify relevant data sources and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables
