Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations, process improvement or relevant work experience.
  • English and local language proficiency spoken and written.
  • SAP SuccessFactors or Workday experience is required
  • Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Delivery oriented, to meet or exceed deadlines and expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Role Description:-

  • We are looking for a People Shared Solutions Intern to join our APAC Shared Solutions team. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

Responsibilities:-

  • Provide Global and Local Tier 1 support to our Employees and Managers regarding our HRIS systems and HR general inquiries – including how to request through ServiceNow, responding Tier 1 transactional support and escalate tickets to our HRIS Tier 2 and People Solutions teams.
  • Successfully supports customer through the “ServiceNow ticketing” system and process.

  • Ensure accuracy in information submitted in our Local or Global HR systems.
  • Support general HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle ranging from Onboarding to Exit Programs.

  • Review and recommend updates for automated processes, monitor quality assurance and data accuracy.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations; adhere to HR policies and data integrity.
