Experience in driving engagement activities on campuses as well as driving interns into graduate conversion
Proven ability to develop networks and build alliances; ability to collaborate across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals
Highly adaptable and flexible as part of the fast-paced environment

Role Description:-

You will be part of a growing ASIA Campus Recruitment team and responsible for campus engagement and hiring as part of your Live Internship in the Indian Subcontinent Market.

You will manage the execution of the through planning, event execution, maintaining an active presence on campus and candidate management.

Responsibilities:-

Driving the hiring within the campus recruitment domains especially in engineering and technology roles
Developing ways to increase awareness of Philips especially amongst student population, graduates and interns (e.g., student ambassadorship program)
Managing activities during internship program which creates excellent intern experience beyond the learning pathway as well as driving them into graduate conversion
Developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with target university/college partners
Conveying the end-to-end campus recruitment proposition to our clients and external audience
Working closely with campus recruiter(s) to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
Working on engagement related activities and driving
Seeking opportunities to improve inefficiencies by sharing best practices to make changes where possible and necessary
